As a non-profit organization working in the rural communities in Nigeria, Eucharia Help Foundation (EHF) started in 2004, registered on 10^th June 2008 with the Corporate Affairs Commission CAC/IT/NO 28164 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, also registered with Nigeria Institute of Medical Research (NIMR), Lagos State Aids Control Agency (LSACA), member of Stop TB Partnership World Health Organisation (WHO), Global Network of Black People working in HIV, Society for Aids in Africa, Nigeria Network of NGOS (NNNGO) and member of Human Right Information Network of Nigeria (HURINET).

EHF started as a welfare organization providing relief for women and children infected and affected with HIV and AIDS with a residence, nutritional, and psychosocial support for women, girls and their children who suffer severe stigma and discrimination, cast out by their kiths and kins from the rural Communities. Mrs Samuel Eucharia a social entrepreneur founded the organisation with passion for social justice in Nigeria.
